Bytelabz ("we", "our", "us") operates the GMCG360 Delivery mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

We collect the following information when you use GMCG360 Delivery:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during account setup by your employer/administrator.
- Authentication Data: Login credentials (email, password) and OTP codes for secure access.
- Business Data: Customer details, invoices, payments, inventory records, and delivery trip information that you create or access through the app as part of your work duties.
- Device Information: Device name (used for session management and multi-device login).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and provide secure access to the app
- To enable delivery, billing, payment collection, and inventory management features
- To send OTP codes via email for login and password reset
- To sync your work data with the GMCG360 cloud platform
- To generate reports and analytics for business operations
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Token-based authentication (Laravel Sanctum)
- Encrypted password storage (bcrypt hashing)
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Role-based access control to limit data visibility
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to:
- Your employer/business administrator who manages the GMCG360 platform
- Other authorized users within the same business account (as permitted by their role)
5. Email Communications
We send transactional emails only (OTP codes, password resets). We do not send marketing or promotional emails through the app.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Business transaction records (invoices, payments) are retained as required by Indian GST regulations and tax compliance laws.
7. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account directly from the app. Upon deletion:
- Your personal information (name, email) is anonymized
- All active sessions and authentication tokens are revoked
- Your roles and permissions are removed
- Business transaction records may be retained for legal compliance, but they will no longer be linked to your identity
8. Children's Privacy
GMCG360 Delivery is a business application and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
