These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GMCG360 Delivery mobile application ("App") operated by Bytelabz ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GMCG360 Delivery app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GMCG360 Delivery is a business tool that enables delivery agents and sales representatives to:

• Manage delivery routes and customer visits
• Create invoices and collect payments
• Track van inventory and stock movements
• Perform end-of-day settlements

The App is provided as part of the GMCG360 cloud platform and requires an account created by your business administrator.

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created and managed by your business administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended business purposes. You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Enter false or misleading data into the system

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App, including customer information, invoice details, payment records, and inventory counts. Inaccurate data may affect business operations, financial reporting, and GST compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Bytelabz. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Payment & Billing

The GMCG360 platform subscription and billing is managed between Bytelabz and your business employer. As a delivery agent user, you are not directly billed for using the App.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App includes offline capabilities to allow continued work during connectivity issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Bytelabz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your business for the GMCG360 platform subscription in the preceding 12 months.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized, but business transaction records may be retained as required by Indian tax and GST compliance regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
